Within 3 hours of the tour, all bookings become non-refundable.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>All bookings made with a campaign promo code are only exchangeable, not refundable.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<h2>Private Group Tours <span class=\"sub\">Including any group booking with more than 6 people<\/span><\/h2>\n\t\t<h3>Initial deposit<\/h3>\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required to finalise and secure private group tour bookings.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>This deposit confirms your booking and initiates the planning process.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<h3>Final payment<\/h3>\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>The remaining 75% of the total package cost is invoiced after our team completes all itinerary planning and booking reservations.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>All planning and reservations are completed within 1 week of the original booking date.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Final invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Full payment must be received before the tour begins.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<h3>Cancellation &mdash; full refund (up to 75%)<\/h3>\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>Cancellations made up to 15 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a refund of up to 75% of the total package cost.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>The initial 25% deposit remains non-refundable.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<h3>Cancellation &mdash; partial refund (up to 50%)<\/h3>\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>Cancellations made between 15 days and 48 hours before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the total package cost.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>The initial 25% deposit and 25% of the remaining balance are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<h3>Cancellation &mdash; no refund<\/h3>\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour&rsquo;s scheduled start time are completely non-refundable.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>All bookings made with a campaign promo code are only exchangeable, not refundable.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<h3>Exchange policy<\/h3>\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>If your travel plans change, exchanges are possible as long as the tour is rebooked within 1 year of the original booking date.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>No refunds will be issued for any exchanges.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>The new booking must be for a comparable tour package of equal or greater value.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Any price differences must be paid at the time of rebooking.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<h2>Important notes<\/h2>\n\t\t<div class=\"xperience-legal-note\">\n\t\t\t<ul style=\"margin:0;\">\n\t\t\t\t<li>All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to <a href=\"mailto:hej@xperiencesthlm.com\">hej@xperiencesthlm.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li>The cancellation date is determined by the date the written cancellation is received.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li>We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your travel plans.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li>These terms apply to all private group tour bookings and are subject to change without notice.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<p>For any questions, please contact our CEO, Francisca Leonardo, via email at <a href=\"mailto:hej@xperiencesthlm.com\">hej@xperiencesthlm.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good to know Cancellation Policy Individual Bookings Payment terms Payment is made in full upon booking completion through our website.
