Xperience Stockholm (operated by XperienceWonder AB) provides guided group and private experiences in Stockholm and the surrounding archipelago. Information you give us

• Contact details such as your name and email address.
• Trip details you share through our contact form or “Find Your Xperience” quiz — for example your travel dates, group size, preferred language, interests, accessibility or dietary needs, and any notes you send us.
• Booking and communication history, including messages exchanged by email or WhatsApp.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers; we receive only confirmation of payment and the information needed to manage your booking.

Information collected automatically

• Basic usage and device data (such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location) collected through cookies and analytics tools to help us understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and match you with the right Local Xpert.
• To plan, confirm, and deliver your tour or private experience.
• To process bookings and payments and send booking-related updates.
• To improve our website, services, and content.
• To send occasional updates or offers where you have asked us to.

Legal bases for processing

Where the EU/Swedish General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to arrange and deliver your booking); your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests (to run and improve our business); and compliance with legal obligations (such as accounting requirements).

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:

• Our Local Xperts and guides, so they can prepare and lead your experience.
• Trusted service providers who help us operate — for example payment processors, email and scheduling tools, and website analytics.
• Authorities or advisors where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Our website uses cookies to keep the site working and to measure traffic. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner, and you can manage cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the duration of planning and delivering your experience, and afterwards where required for legal, accounting, or legitimate business reasons.

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
