We're happy to help with lesser-known restaurants, spas, private saunas, and other special requests. Restaurant reservations usually need at least one week's notice, while private sauna bookings require at least 1.5 weeks. If you'd like to include these add-ons, please mention them when booking.
This route is stroller accessible and can be adapted for many mobility needs, including wheelchair users, with advance notice. Let us know when making your reservation so we can plan the smoothest route.
For groups of more than 7 guests, transportation is provided in an electric Mercedes-Benz V-Class van.
We recommend getting in touch once your flights and accommodation are confirmed, especially if you'd like restaurant reservations, private saunas, transportation, or a specific Local Xpert. Most private tours can be planned with as little as 48 hours' notice, but more time gives us more room to shape the day around you.
Private pricing is confirmed at enquiry based on your group size, duration, route, and any add-ons such as transportation, restaurants, spas, or private saunas. Start with the private tour quiz or contact us directly, and we'll send a clear proposal before you confirm.
Yes. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure private group tour bookings and begin the planning process. The remaining balance and any add-ons will be confirmed in your proposal.
We understand travel plans can shift. You can cancel up to 15 days before your experience starts to receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a 50% refund. Because private experiences require advance planning, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
Yes. Please share any dietary requirements, accessibility needs, mobility considerations, serious allergies, or medical details we should be aware of when booking. The earlier we know, the better we can plan the smoothest possible experience.
If your plans change, we'll do our best to help you reschedule. Private tour exchanges may be possible within 1 year of the original booking date, depending on guide availability and the type of experience booked. The new booking must be for a comparable experience of equal or greater value, and any price difference will be due at the time of rebooking.

We keep an eye on the forecast before your experience and will contact you by WhatsApp or email if the weather looks like it may affect the day. When possible, we'll offer the option to move to a clearer date. Stockholm usually gives us something workable, so most experiences move forward in sun, clouds, or a little Nordic moodiness.
Frankie was an excellent guide who provided great historical details of Stockholm and a fun and interesting dialogue.
As we strolled the streets and identified the architectural styles, buildings, and what happened in the particular neighborhoods, Frankie provided rich details.
