About us

Xperience Stockholm (operated by XperienceWonder AB) offers guided group experiences, private tours, and related content in Stockholm and the surrounding cities. You can reach us at hej@xperiencesthlm.com.

Booking & payment

• Individual bookings are paid in full at the time of booking through our website.
• Private group tours require a 25% non-refundable deposit to confirm, with the balance invoiced once planning is complete. Full payment is due before the experience begins.
• Prices are shown on the website in EUR for easy comparison; online payments are processed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) at checkout, reflecting the same listed price. Invoiced bookings (such as private tours) are usually billed in SEK, unless you ask us to convert.
• A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.

Cancellations, refunds & exchanges

Cancellations, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before booking.

Your responsibilities

• Arrive at the meeting point 5 to 10 minutes before the stated starting time; late arrivals or no-shows are treated as described in our Cancellation Policy.
• Provide accurate booking information, including group size, language preference, and any accessibility, dietary, or medical needs we should plan for.
• Follow your Local Xpert’s reasonable instructions and behave respectfully towards guides, other guests, venues, and the public.
• Ensure any children in your party are supervised throughout the experience.

Health, accessibility & safety

Our experiences involve walking and, on some tours, ferry travel and time outdoors. Please let us know in advance about mobility needs or health considerations so we can adapt where possible. You take part to the extent that is safe and comfortable for you.

Changes to your experience

Occasionally we may need to adjust a route, timing, or itinerary due to weather, availability, safety, or other operational reasons. When possible we will offer a suitable alternative or, where a change is significant, discuss options with you. Some stops depend on the group, the season, and third-party opening hours.

Third-party services

Some experiences include or rely on third parties — such as ferry operators, museums, and cafés. While we choose our partners carefully, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties beyond our reasonable control.

Liability

We take reasonable care to deliver our experiences safely and as described, and we carry business insurance for incidents that may arise during our tours. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, video, and branding — belongs to Xperience Stockholm or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. This includes, without limiting our rights under copyright, any use of our content to train generative artificial intelligence, which is not permitted.

Photography

Guides may occasionally take photos during an experience for promotional use. Let us know at any time if you prefer not to appear, and we will respect that.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
